DESIGNS
We have a number of designs already created, but that doesn't mean it can't be customized to better match your specific needs. Take a look at some of our floorplans below and since we are always adding new ones, keep checking back. Click on any image for a larger version. Prices listed are base price and include sales tax but not delivery. Some designs show optional features such as fireplaces and do not include furniture.
LINVILLE
With exterior dimensions of approximately 14' x 30', the Linville has virtually the same interior space as the Catawba with just under 400sf, though in a different configuration. The main level bedroom has two closets and the bathroom has a closet that can optionally be replaced with a stacked washer/dryer. There is a full kitchen, dining area, and a storage loft above the bedroom and bathroom and a standard vented gas fireplace.
NANTAHALA
Our longest current model that can be towed without a permit, the Nantahala measures 8.5' x 32' including a 4' porch on the end. There is a main level bedroom with closet and a sleeping or storage loft that stretches over the kitchen and bathroom area. A tankless water heater is standard, as is a refrigerator, dual burner cooktop, and convection microwave.
UWHARRIE
Our smallest unit at 8.5' x 24', including the 4' porch, the Uwharrie still retains a full bathroom and efficient kitchen. A fold-down table converts the den into a dining room. It includes a tankless water heater, refrigerator, convection microwave, and dual burner cooktop. It is also plumbed for an optional dishwasher or combo washer/dryer. The sleeping loft is over the kitchen and bathroom area.
